Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. Please allow 2-3 standard business days for your order to process. Standard operating business days are Monday through Friday. During this time, do take note that we are doing our best to ensure the safety and health of all members of our distribution channels and that some delays may take place. In addition, all delivery personnel work tirelessly on the front lines and some delays may take place at the carrier level. We are all in this together and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once orders are placed and finalized, they are not able to be edited or changed. Requests for order cancellation will be considered, but there will be no guarantees. Orders are shipped to our best ability and no cancellations will be entertained once they have been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Shipping labels are generated according to what is input by the client on the order’s shipping information. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes. Neetu Josh Beauty shall not be held responsible for any shipped packages that are lost or stolen.
Refused Packages
In case of rejected parcels, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the chosen mode of payment on the checkout form and will be deducted from any refund.
International Orders
International Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by your local customs sector upon arrival. The addressee of the order shall be the importer of record and is accountable for all import fees, as well as staying in compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Neetu Josh Beauty does not collect taxes and duties and is not able to give any information on the cost of taxes and duties. Customs policies differ from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
